1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "You") and jun365 ("Company", "We", "Us", "Our") regarding your use of the jun365 website located at https://jun365.cam and all related services, features, content, and applications (collectively, the "Service" or "Platform").

Violation of any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of funds and winnings, and potential legal action.

You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining account balance will be returned to you following completion of standard verification procedures and clearance of any pending wagers or bonus obligations. 11. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL JUN365'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, OR CAUSES OF ACTION EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO JUN365 IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM, OR ONE THOUSAND PHILIPPINE PESOS (PHP 1,000), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

12. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or relating to the Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiations between the parties. If negotiations fail to resolve the dispute within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue resolution through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. The arbitration shall be conducted in Metro Manila, Philippines, in the English language.

You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration. Each party shall bear its own costs and expenses in connection with any arbitration proceeding.

13. Miscellaneous Provisions

13.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and jun365 regarding the use of the Service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings and agreements, whether written or oral.

13.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if such modification is not possible, severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

13.3 Waiver

No waiver of any term or condition of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or any other term or condition. Our failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

13.4 Assignment

You may not assign, transfer, or delegate your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may freely assign or transfer these Terms or any rights hereunder to any third party without restriction. Any attempted assignment in violation of this section shall be null and void.

13.5 Force Majeure

jun365 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, pandemics, strikes, telecommunications failures, or internet service provider failures.
